Activated Air Is The Answer
Have you ever noticed
how refreshing the air is at the beach, Nature uses this Activated Air
to cleanse dust, The most effective technology known to reproduce Mother Nature's way of
Ionization Eliminates Suspended
Ions are harmless to humans and have been shown to eliminate free-floating particles of all types and sizes from the breathing air. Additionally, studies have shown a high concentration of negative ions in the atmosphere can contribute to increased vigor and a general feeling of well-being.Ionization charges the air both positively and negatively. The negative ions cause free-floating particles of all sizes to flock together. When these free-floating particles clump they become heavier than air. Now they no longer float around and drop to the floor. In nature, negative ions are typically created by falling water. Indoors they can be produced by high frequency radio waves. Since these radio waves easily travel through most building materials, the dust settling action from a single ion source takes place behind furniture, inside closets, attics and in rooms with closed doors. Ionizing does not physically remove the dust. It will remove particles of all sizes from the breathing air. Ionization is an integral part of a good housekeeping program that includes vacuuming or sweeping to collect and remove the pollutants.OZONE at Low Concentrations
Ozone is a marvel of Nature. In the upper atmosphere, Ozone protects our planet from harmful ultraviolet radiation. Closer to Earth, Ozone is widely used to purify and sanitize the water we drink and food we eat. Long used in medical therapies, Ozone has shown remarkable antibacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal activity. In Nature, the sun’s ultraviolet rays and the high-energy electrical discharges that happen during lightning storms form Ozone. Ozone can also be made in controlled quantities by electrical arching between special metal plates.Ozone (O 3 ) is an unstable form of Oxygen that has three atoms instead of the more common two (O 2 ). As a gas it is highly mobile and can dilute into the air, flow over surfaces and seep into fabrics and crevices. This unstable molecule seeks out the organic molecules that form much of the indoor pollutants. Whether from biologic or chemical sources, Ozone rapidly oxidized them by reverting to O 2 and depositing the third Oxygen atom on the offending pollutant, effectively deodorizing, disinfecting or destroying many of the pathogens and fumes that poison inside air.Ozone continuously applied in slightly elevated concentrations is an effective, safe and economical method of reducing common household bacteria, molds and viruses in kitchens, bathrooms and breathing air. By oxidizing the byproducts of decay, Ozone rapidly eliminates the allergens from dust mites and other arthropods. Ozone can also lower concentrations of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) that are emitted from plywood, carpet, glue and paint. Trapped residues from powerful cleaners can be reduced to harmless byproducts by Ozone's powerful oxidizing action. Ozone is an incredible tool for more healthy indoor air. Because of its strong oxidizing action, Ozone must only to be used in slightly elevated concentrations. Like any strong cleaner you must always follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Prolonged exposure to high concentrations of Ozone has been found to cause irritation to the respiratory tract. |
